The British Association for Sport and Law are thrilled to announce the next instalment of their 2022 Masterclass Series with a session entitled 'Whistleblowing in Sport and How to Protect the Whistleblower.' The session will be expertly delivered by Louis Weston covering topics such as:
The importance of Whistleblowers: Why SGB's need them
Encouragement: #MeToo and 'Do The Right Thing.'
Obtaining Evidence: Managing expectations and Whistleblowers
Using the Evidence: Anonymity, special measures and consent
Protecting Whistleblower: Rules, regulations and systems
The session will take place on Friday 16th September and will begin at 10am, concluding at approximately 1.30pm.
BASL members can attend for £199 and non-members for £229.
