We are proud to support UKSA, the only national disability sports organisation working with people with learning disability across the UK in performance/elite sport. 

 

Our role as consultants to UKSA is to support their education programmes within sport and the wider LD community. We have supported various education campaigns including Change 1 Thing and My Sport, My Voice! which was funded through the Spirit 2012 trust. My Sport My Voice! Is a campaign that raises the profile of the UK’s elite athletes with a learning disability by providing a platform to showcase their sporting achievements and inspire others to succeed. The project utilised Athlete Ambassadors who have all excelled at the highest level and have been chosen from each country of the UK. They include a Paralympic Gold medallist, several World Champions and two England LD national team captains. As UKSA continues on its journey supporting the United Kingdom’s elite athletes we are invested in our work to help them in their educational and support role.
