Legal principles, case strategy & recent developments
The British Association for Sport and Law are thrilled to announce the next instalment of their 2022 Masterclass Series with a session entitled 'Player v Agent Disputes in Sport: legal principles, case strategy & recent developments.' The session will be expertly delivered by Daniel Saoul QC and William Harman covering topics such as:
LAW: The core legal principles that arise in disputes between players/athletes and agents
PROCEDURE: The procedure that governs these cases, including football and boxing
STRATEGY: The tactical and strategic issues that arise in litigation and arbitration
CASE STUDIES: Discussion of significant and recent cases
The session will take place on Friday 24th June and will begin at 10am, concluding at approximately 1.30pm.
BASL members can attend for £199 and non-members for £229.
