Tactic Connect is at the cutting edge of skills development - for those seeking to grow as an individual or as a team our training centre will have something for you.
Our training centre is for athletes seeking to grow their brand, increase their exposure or build skills as they transition from a competitive career. It is for sports businesses seeking to have more oversight of integrity and athlete welfare, and for those working, or seeking to work, across the huge ranges of careers in sport. Content within our Training Centre will also serve as a support for current degree and postgraduate students looking for further knowledge and clarity on specific topics.
Our courses are driven by industry needs and provide introductory support packs, masterclasses, career progression courses and management qualifications across a range of skills, career and sports.
We will continually add new courses as our Training Centre continues to grow.
Guides and Packs
We take great pride in personal upskilling and see it as a vital part of ones progression through life navigating the twists and turns. With this in mind we create guides and packs which have been written with the aim of offering practical support and guidance to the user.
Masterclasses
Our Masterclasses have been developed in line with current trends in the sports marketplace and offer participants insight into the sports environment in which we have specialist knowledge. Clients have also highlighted key areas that would benefit from support through a business lens engaging us to work with them to develop masterclasses.
Every masterclass includes a 'take-away' relevant to the content explained during the day which will encourage utilisation of learned skills and ultimately a ROI (return on investment) for the participant and their organisation.
Masterclasses can be delivered as full-day or half-day sessions via:
• Online: A fully interactive Zoom seminar;
• NMA Offices: Nottingham and Dubai;
• In-House: Based on a minimum number of attendees from the company/ organisation.
Formal Education
Education is an indispensable part of life both professionally and personally. We work with clients to design and deliver modules and entire programmes from concept through to validation at undergraduate and postgraduate education level. These programmes are focussed in areas related to sport, whether it be business or legal centric in content.
We also design and deliver enhancement sessions for Further Education courses such as BTEC in Sport Management.
